Borobudur Temple is a temple located in the middle of Java Island, 41 km north-west of Yogyakarta, and 7 km south of Magelang. Kedu the surrounding plains is often referred to as the "Garden of Java" (The Garden of Java), this area is very impressive because this land is very fertile, and its population is also very diligent. This plain is surrounded by 4 mountain fruit, ie Sumbing (3371 m) and Sindoro (3135 m) in the northwest, and Merbapu (3142 m) and Merapi (2911 m) in the northeast.
 Borobudur Temple was built by Sailendra Dynasty Samaratungga for about 50 years, namely in the year 778 to 856 AD, 300 years before Angkor Wat (Cambodia), and 200 years before Notre Dame.
